Toolset 2 -Managing Procrastination

As you work toward achieving your goal, there is a good chance that you will encounter procrastination.

Procrastination is the putting off, the delaying, of a task or tasks associated with completing your sub-goal. According to Dr Piers Steel, a researcher in motivation and procrastination, 95% of us procrastinate at least occasionally. The good news is that if you have used the process described in the Goal Setting Toolset to define and set your goal, you will already be using 4 inbuilt mechanisms for helping to avoid the procrastination that most of us are prone to.
